Shri NagendraMohan Mustafi
Gaibanda Conspiracy Case

Born 1915, Bamanpara, Kharia, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, s/o Late Krishnendra Mohon Mustafi. Belonged to Yugantar Party. Arrested in connection with Gaibanda Conspiracy Case and awas sentenced to 7 years prison term. Remained underground for about one year before arrest. Deported to Andamans. Took part in second hunger strike. Repatriated and released. Took part in the Quit India movement-1942. Total jail period about seven years.

Shri Prafulla Majumdar
Aranyapasha Arms and Explosive Seizure Case

Born 1905, Chandanpur- Dacca , Bangladesh. S/o Late Pitamber Majumdar. Belonged to Yugantar Party. Went underground for revolutionary work. Arrested in connection with Aranyapasha Arms And Explosive Seizure incident. Sentenced to 7 years prison term. Deported to the Andamans. Repatriated earlier on medical grounds. Total jail period about eight years.

Interprovincial Conspiracy Case

Born 04.051911 at Akrur Dutta Lane, Calcutta, s/o Late Hardeb Mitra, belonged to Anusheelan Samity. Arrested May 31st 1933. Sentenced toprison term of 7 years . Deported to Andamns. Took part in second hunger strike. Repatriated in January 19938. After release detained under D.I.R. finally released in 1945. Total jail period 12 years.

Arms Act

Born in Calcutta, s/o Late Keshab Chandra Chandra Mullick. First jail term in 1921 Non- Cooperation movement. Member of Yugantar party. Arrested in 1933. Convicted for 5 years under Arms act. Sent to Andamans. Took part in second hunger strike.

Faridpur Conspiracy case

Born at Gurdia, faridpur, Bangladesh, s/o Late Sarat Chandra Mitra. Member of Anusheelan Samity at age of 16. Arrested in 1932. Convicted for 5 years at Faridpur. Was in Cellular jail for about 4 years. Total period in jail7 years nine months.

Shri Satyendra Narayan Majumdar
Interprovincial Conspiracy Case

Born 10.10.1910 at Mathabanga, Kuchbihar state. S/o Late Umesh Chandra Majumadar. Was a Post Graduate student of Calcutta University when Arrested on 02.01.1933. Joined Anusheelan Samity in 1927. Was president of Bengal Students Association. Sentenced to 7 years prison and deported to Andamans. Took part in the second hunger strike. Attempted to escape from Alipore Jail in July 1934 while he was an undertrial prisoner but couldnot get access to outer wall. Took part in another hunger strike in July 1939. After release arrested under D.I.R. in 1941 and detained till September 1945. A prolific writer in Bengali and English. His total jail period about 13 years.

Born 11th November 1911, Govindapur, West Dinajpur,s/o Late narayan Chandra Mandal. Came in contact with Yugantar Party. Arrested on 18.06.1934. Married before arrest. Sentenced to six years prison term. Deported to the Andamans. Took part in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937 and released in 1939. Total jail period more than 5 years.

Shri Vishwanath Mathur
Gaya Conspiracy Case

Born 1913 at Baikunthapur, Berhanda, Darbhanga, Bihar,s/o Late Anand Behari Lal Mathur. Was a member of the Hindusthan Socialist Republican Army. Was arrested in connection with Arms Seizure Case at Gaya and was sentenced to 7 and half years imprisonment on 12th September 1933 under section 121A I.P.C. to wage war against the king. Deported to Andamans in 1934 as prisoner No. 12277 of Hazaribagh Central Jail. Became permanent incarcerated Prisoner No. 211. Participated in second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937 and released in 1938. He was again confined to prison from 1940 to 1945 under D.I.R. in Hazaribagh jail and Deuli Detention Camp. Total jail period 12 years. At present he is the Presidium Member of the Ex Andaman Political Prisoners Fraternity Circle and the President of the All India Freedom Fighters Organisation. He is settled in Delhi.
